Not done a lot over last 3-4 years, but did do an end-to-end in 1999 (which I might put up here sometime). Before that Philippa and I regularly filled the panniers each year and set off for about a week on the road with nothing much more than an outline plan of where we would go. Some of our trips are listed below, the only bit I remember not enjoying was a ride back across the Cambridgeshire fens into a headwind - just plod, plod, plod and not getting anywhere fast.
Possibly more detail of these at some time in the future. Invested in some mountain bikes last year, but my preference is still for the drop handlebar touring bike, obviously a traditionalist.
